The dining experience was disappointing as I faced an unprofessional waitress who displayed rudeness throughout our meal. We were forced to choose tables against our preference, and her behavior escalated when she threw crumbs from her cleaning actions, ignoring our presence. the lack of basic amenities like a refrigerator in the room made my stay uncomfortable, especially in the heat, and I was frustrated by the charging for water, which I found unacceptable in hotel dining.

Chilling vibes in El Arenal 🌊🌴
Brekkie and dinner were lekker, super tasty choices and lots to dig into! Staff were friendly and helpful, felt right at home. The location is a proper win, just a hop and skip to the beach and all the jol spots.
The room was a bit cramped for space, like, could do with some more breathing room!

but the room was a bit cramped and there was no fridge which was a bummer. also, the prices at the bar were kinda ridiculous for a 3-star hotel.
